WiST awards paid internships annually to exceptional female, full-time undergraduate and graduate students in the U.S. Whether you create your own experience or apply to a structured internship with one of our partners, this coveted program is a valuable career door opener.
WiST NEXT GEN
Through educational and inspirational seminars, WiST Next Gen exposes middle school and high school girls to careers that engage their passions for sports and motivate them to pursue STEAM degrees, continue competing as athletes, and explore professions in sports tech.

EXPERIENCES
WiST regularly hosts both virtual and in-person networking events with inspiring and esteemed speakers from across the sports tech landscape. We also host panels and place speakers for major industry conferences, such as CES, Hashtag Sports, SXSport, and MIT Sloan.
