FAQs

What are the projects I will receive as part of this program?

There are three projects in total, spaced about 30 days apart. Most people take about 3-4 months to complete the program from the time they sign up.

What happens when I complete the program?

Once you’ve completed the third project, you’ll receive a certificate of Leadership and Initiative that you can place on your LinkedIn profile and list on your college applications.

Do I need to prepare anything to attend a Sideline Chat?

Absolutely not. Just bring yourself. Our coordinators may throw out a few topics for discussion and of course we always leave time for Q&A. We hope you’ll participate, but you are also welcome to just come and listen.

When will I get my first project?

Once you receive your Congratulations email, you should get your first project in about a week.

If I have any questions or problems while working on my project what should I do?

We talk in detail about the projects and answer questions every week during our Sideline Chats. Also, our program coordinators monitor the Slack channel so you can also ask a question there. Finally, you are always welcome to email us any questions that you have.
