Protect Women’s Reproductive Rights: Resources and Information

The WiST organization believes in a woman’s right to make private, personal health care decisions and we are strongly pro-choice. Our mission is to drive equitable career opportunities for women. Reproductive health care and bodily autonomy are critical to a woman’s ability and her power to pursue her dreams for education and a fulfilling career path.

This is not over.

What Direct Actions Can Your Organization Take?

  • Moderate abortion misinformation on your platform and/or social channels

  • Make public and internal statements that support comprehensive reproductive healthcare. You can sign on to public statements such as Don't Ban Equality to say bans on access to comprehensive reproductive healthcare run counter to your company values and negatively affect efforts to promote equality in the workplace, putting businesses, communities, and the economy at risk.

  • Provide financial support for healthcare costs, relocation costs, etc. to support employees seeking abortions.

What Organizations Need Support to Provide Care?

  • Planned Parenthood - Nonprofit organization that provides reproductive health care in the United States and globally

  • Abortion Care Network - Independent abortion providers that care for the majority of people seeking abortion in the U.S.

  • The Center for Reproductive Rights - Global human rights organization made up of lawyers and advocates who ensure reproductive rights are protected by law as fundamental human rights.

  • The Brigid Alliance - Arranges and funds confidential, personalized travel support to those seeking abortion care.

  • Fund Your Local Abortion Fund - Directory to locate and support a local abortion fund.
